About The Hosts

June 16, 2015

A tale of hopes, dreams and an excuse to hang out…

With the start of 2015, we decided to begin doing a podcast. We have lunch together quite often, and the ensuing conversations that take place as we pinball around random topics, laughing and telling stories, we find quite enjoyable. It’s the kind of subject matter and presentation that we look for in the podcasts that we listen to ourselves.

If we can somehow bottle up those moments of hilarity and present them to a wider audience (more then those who are unfortunate enough to sit by us as we have lunch), we believe we can generate listeners. If the internet has taught us anything, it’s that there is an audience for everything. Even 30-something men, who have shockingly got to a point in their lives where they have families, careers and responsibilities, but still want to talk about dorky, geek stuff that makes our wives roll their eyes.

We will cover TV, movies, comic books, pop culture, current new/events, the United Kingdom, culinary arts, various measurement systems, stupid stories, in-jokes and any other pop culture or random topic we think of.

Getting to know us…

Who is Jason…

A midwestern boy, who hasn't lived anywhere but Wisconsin.  Married to a fantastic woman who tolerates far more than I ever imagined, and 3 young boys.  By day, a manager of Information Technology.  By night, a huge movie, TV, video game fan.  A lover of shelves. Two time Guinness Book of World Record holder. Owns land in Maine. Voted best actress. Published hand model.

 Who is Chris…

Also a midwestern boy, who lived for some time on the east cost. Has a wife his 13 year old self wouldn’t believe. Plays lots of Minecraft with his daughter. Makes pretty pictures for a living, because numbers and words blah blah something something. Holds no world records. Doesn’t own land in Maine. Never voted best anything. Surprisingly, also a published hand model.
